Dr. Niti is a consulting psychologist with a doctorate in social psychology whose career bridges academia, policy, and practice. Since 2006, through her firm Strategic Links, she has partnered with India’s Ministries of Defence and Information & Broadcasting, developing innovative methodologies that help individuals across rural, semiurban, and metropolitan communities discover their potential and build purposeful lives.
As founder of the I Perfect Series, Dr. Niti combines psychological insight with practical tools to empower growth, with a special commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals in creating lives of dignity, belonging, and opportunity.
