It builds great trust and relationships. In education communication is a critical skill. It is the one differentiator between great educators and the rest, it is the number one differentiator between great performing schools and the rest. And the biggest reason? We all differ in what and how we communicate. In 2012 Deon delivered the first workshop for education, namely “The Psychology of Communication in Education”.
