Loc H. Nguyen, Ed.D., is the Founder of Bayhaus Creative, a media production agency helping founders, businesses, and institutions build impactful brands. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and teaches entrepreneurial thinking as an adjunct faculty member. A former U.S. Air Force officer and Silicon Valley startup leader, Loc is also the founder and Executive Director of BTR TMRW (Better Tomorrow) Center for Advancement, a nonprofit expanding post-secondary education and employment opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities.
Loc’s work is deeply shaped by his experience raising his eldest daughter, who was born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect. That journey inspired his book, The Miles We Chase, which explores how children thrive through the vibrancy of the communities created around them. Across his work as an educator, entrepreneur, and storyteller, Loc champions the power of community to create lasting opportunity and belonging.
