Katie Isaak Ginsberg is a sustainability and value creation advisor working at the intersection of private equity, operations, and long-term business resilience. Previously, Katie founded and led the Children’s Environmental Literacy Foundation, a nationally recognized nonprofit reaching over two million students. Based in Park City, Utah, she also works as a hiking and snowshoe guide in the Wasatch and Uinta mountains and supports local civic initiatives through systems mapping, bringing systems thinking into both her professional and community work.
