South African Allison Nezar is an education entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of NextGen Graduates, a future-readiness movement helping high schoolers develop the life skills, self-belief, and self-validation needed to create authentic futures built to last. A graduate of Mississippi State University (B.B.A. Marketing) and former NCAA Division I student-athlete (Tennis), Allison’s own journey as a high schooler inspired her mission to help young people believe in their potential and create success on their own terms – before the world tells them who they should become.
Through their self-paced personal growth journey, Next Gen equips young people beyond the standard academic curriculum – building courage, confidence, clarity, and conviction to help them navigate adolescence with purpose, passion, and self-belief. They believe mental wealth is one of the greatest gifts we can offer the next generation. Their aim is to empower every learner to dream beyond limitations, own their future with intention, unlock their true potential, and thrive in a world that is constantly shifting.
