Afonso Baptista is the founder of Life Potential, an organization dedicated to helping people realize and live their fullest potential. Guided by the belief that “your pain becomes your purpose,” Afonso transformed his own experiences of feeling lost, stuck, and unfulfilled into a mission of helping others create lives that are deeply aligned, meaningful, and authentically their own — rather than shaped by external expectations or societal pressure.
Drawing from a background in product management and startups, Afonso applies a systems-thinking approach to personal growth, self-awareness, and intentional living. Based in Lisbon, he works with individuals of all ages to help them gain clarity about who they are, what they truly want, and how to consciously design a life around those values. At the core of his philosophy is the belief that self-understanding is the foundational skill upon which all other growth is built.
