“Dream, create, and make it happen” – this is the mantra of Saville Alves, the founder of SOLOS, an impact startup that has been transforming the circular economy into a presence in people’s lives, territories, and brands. A graduate of the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) in social communication, she began her activism through experiences in public university, where she played a key role in youth entrepreneur movements. These experiences led Saville to work in the corporate sector at companies like Braskem S.A. and Oi S.A., as well as in the third sector with NGOs such as TETO and ARCAH. This diversity of perspectives shaped an intentional approach to her journey and in 2022, Saville was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 20 most innovative women in Ag Tech, and in 2023, representing SOLOS, she won the National Innovation Award, the country’s most prestigious innovation award, and became a finalist for the Folha de São Paulo Social Entrepreneurship Award.

Essa pluralidade de percepções gerou um olhar de intencionalidade em sua jornada e levou Saville a ser eleita, em 2022, pela Forbes uma das 20 mulheres mais inovadoras das Ag Techs e em 2023 foi, representando a SOLOS, a vencedora do Prêmio Nacional da Inovação, maior prêmio de inovação do país, e finalista do Prêmio Social Empreendedor Folha de São Paulo.
